Is it easy for the obesity to drop weight fast? The answer is no to most of us. In fact, some superstars and models will suffer from overweight problems too. Most of them try many ways to drop weight and get successful result. Here, we want to tell you how Kelly Osbourne succeeds in lose 50 pounds.

Kelly’s weight loss story

Kelly gained the weight by eating mostly pizza and French fries all day. After a stint on Dancing with the Stars, Ozzy’s daughter quit her emotional eating and dropped 50 pounds.

Eating Habits of Kelly Osbourne

Breakfast – consists of bran or oatmeal with low fat milk / skimmed milk, and a couple of eggs.

Mid-morning snack – either cucumber or pickles.  You could equally have something like carrot, grapes, apple or most types of fruit.

Lunch – chicken, normally grilled as this ensures is will be lower in fat. This will normally be accompanied by a salad and chick peas.

Mid-afternoon snack – low fat cheese or Jell-O.

Dinner – low fat meat such as turkey with steamed vegetables.  Remember, you can have as many vegetables as you like.
